TRAPOROL products are used in the realisation of a multitude of conveying and storage systems. The model type of conveying elements is determined by the respective operating conditions. This catalogue is intended as a guideline for selecting the optimum elements. We offer specialised solutions for exceeding and advanced requirements.  

The main selection criteria for conveying elements are dimensions, weight and consistency of the material to be conveyed, the required transport speed and the ambient conditions.

To guarantee a flawless functioning, the material to be conveyed needs to be supported by a minimum of three rollers at all times. The rule is tmax = L/3. It is possible that the resulting maximum permissible roller spacing needs to be reduced in case of, e.g., conveyed goods with uneven bottom surface or if the maximum load rating of the individual roller is exceeded.

The load ratings in the catalogue are standard values and must be reduced in case of, e.g., shock loads, extreme temperature fluctuations, or limitations of the permissible tensile force of the driven chain, for driven rollers. For all conditions, a stable and truly aligned track profile is prerequisite.
