Length of a carrying rollers

Several length are indicated for selecting a carrying rollers. The fitting length EL decides the exact fit. The roller lengths RL and AL can be deduced directly for standard model types. Following are the length for various model type axles.

Typically, the dimension EL corresponds to the clearance LW between the side bearers. From a production point of view, variations might be required, e.g., for installing washers or bushings. It is critical to consider these when determining the fitting length.

a   = fitting length to center chain wheel EL-MK
b   = Mcenter chain wheel to center chain wheel MK-MK
c   = center chain wheel to roller length MK-RL

Dn = hub diameter
